How You Might Spend Your Days
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Understanding job description and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources including, internal
• databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
  
• Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
• Should be able to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.

The miles youve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience within Recruitment.
• Having non-IT recruitment experience is a plus point
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure with working for an international cooperation
