Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Agentic AI, Assistive AI, and Predictive Intelligence to bridge business needs with intelligent, AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, data teams, and AI engineers to define requirements, optimize decision-making, and drive automation through intelligent agents and predictive insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI-driven and agent-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for assistive and predictive intelligence across business processes.
  • Define use cases, workflows, and success metrics for Agentic AI systems.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for AI/ML teams.
  • Support design and implementation of AI assistants, copilots, and autonomous agents.
  • Analyze data trends to enable predictive insights and decision support.
  • Work closely with data scientists to validate models, assumptions, and outputs.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Monitor AI performance and recommend improvements based on business outcomes.
  • Ensure ethical, explainable, and compliant use of AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow

    Business Analyst, preferably in AI, data, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, assistive AI, and predictive analytics.
  • Experience working with AI/ML models, intelligent agents, or automation platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and forecasting models.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and explainability principles.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
