Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager Human Resources role located in New Delhi at NoBroker HR. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and HR compliance. They will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee development.
Key Responsibilities:Employee Life Cycle Management (ELC):- Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance/payroll team.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and share HR dashboards and MIS reports regularly.
- Drive engagement initiatives and Top Performer Retention program.
- Collaborate on performance management and talent development initiatives.

- Support implementation of new HR tools, policies, and processes.
- Contribute to culture-building activities and feedback mechanisms.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 23 years of HR generalist experience with hands-on ELC management.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
