This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the CAM Control Tower - Finance + Sales team. The role involves overseeing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, performing accounting tasks, and leveraging analytical skills to interpret financial data. You will collaborate with sales teams, provide actionable insights to support decision-making, and work proactively to enhance financial operations and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Manage client relationships for residential and commercial societies and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional language is a plus.

Get Hired
• Should have Advanced Excel and Accounting Knowledge.
• Handle client escalations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor ERP operations including billing, complaint management, reports, and user support.
• Track SLA compliance, ticket resolution TAT, ERP accuracy, and overall operational performance.
• Conduct regular review calls/meetings with RWAs, facility managers, and society representatives.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain documentation, and monitor dashboards for service quality.
• Should have a bachelors or masters degree in Finance.
