Role DescriptionThe CAM Control Tower (Freshers) role at NoBroker HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will monitor and track customer account management (CAM) operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service-level commitments. You will coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information, escalate concerns, and support efficient workflows across multiple functions. Daily tasks include handling data entry, updating trackers, preparing basic reports, and following standard operating procedures for call or ticket management. You will also interact with customers or partners as needed to obtain clarifications, provide status updates, and maintain high service quality, while continuously learning NoBrokers tools, processes, and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Manage client relationships for residential and commercial societies and ensure smooth service delivery
- Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional languages is a plus.

- Should have knowledge in Advanced Excel.
- Handle client escalations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor ERP operations including billing, complaint management, reports, and user support.
- Track SLA compliance, ticket resolution TAT, ERP accuracy, and overall operational performance.
- Conduct regular review calls/meetings with RWAs, facility managers, and society representatives.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain documentation, and monitor dashboards for service quality.
- Bachelors or Masters / MBA in Finance and commerce is required
