Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Mumbai market by onboarding real estate developers & channel partners. This role requires a mix of
business development, client servicing, and on-ground market presence.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients including real estate developers, in Central Suburbs (Thane, Mulund, Bhandup, Ghatkopar, Chembur, etc.).
- Pitch and sell NoBrokerage.coms digital marketing, advertising, and listing solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell new offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and track competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 25 years of sales/business development experience in real estate, advertising, or digital marketing.

- Strong local network of builders in Mumbai Central Suburbs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai Central Suburbs.
Preffered Skills
- Experience in selling real estate advertising packages or developer marketing solutions.
- Understanding of the Mumbai real estate market trends.
