Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Accounting Executive. The Accounting Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Package Offered : Upto 4LPA Fixed + Variable Pay

Minimum 0-3 years of proven track record in deploying financial solutions

and ability to meet targets

The candidate must have basic accounting and finance background (e.g.

Should have interest in business development for Software Application

products/solutions (B2C)

Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to generate revenue for the

organisation

Should be proficient in Hindi and English

Fluency in the regional language is a plus point

Should be comfortable to work on weekends

(Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days, with a week off in

between Monday-Thursday)

Effective presentation and negotiation skills

The candidate should have proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
