This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Customer Support (Caller). The role will involve daily tasks related to providing customer support to residents and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction, and offering technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Experience in handling customer queries and issues
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of community management systems is beneficial
