Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Intern located in Bengaluru. The Learning and Development Intern will support training and development initiatives, assist in creating learning materials, and contribute to the smooth operation of learning programs. Day-to-day tasks will include instructional design, facilitating learning sessions, providing coaching, and tracking progress through a learning management system.

Qualifications

Training & Development, Learning Management skills

Instructional Design and Communication skills

Coaching and mentoring abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus

Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is beneficial
