We are now looking for a Social Media Executive with 4 years of experience to join our vibrant team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Tardeo office (near Grant Road Station), Mumbai.

Role Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of crafting our clients online presence and brand stories. This is not just a posting roleits about strategy, storytelling, and creating meaningful engagement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Crafting engaging posts, captions, and campaigns tailored to different audiences.
• Responding to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
  
• Monitoring social media performance through analytics tools and preparing insights-driven reports.
• Staying up to date with platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
• Collaborating closely with the design, performance, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings both creativity and analytical skills to the table. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on experience in creating and implementing content strategies.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Familiarity with multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) and knowledge of latest trends.
• A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
