Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders within the architecture, design, and urban planning sectors.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

Communicate our value proposition and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and project discussions with potential clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with our design and planning goals.

Track and manage leads using CRM tools to ensure efficient follow-ups.

Represent Node Urban Labs at industry events, networking meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

6 months to 1 year of experience in a Business Development or Sales role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Fluency in Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a keen eye for opportunities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies.

Understanding of architecture, design, or urban planning concepts is a plus.
