The team in India works with its overseas counterparts and client teams to provide business consulting services to clients in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific markets.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, identify, and document business requirements, creating functional specifications for new systems and processes.
• Assess as-is processes, perform gap analysis, create to-be processes, and recommend changes.
• Design, implement, and document data architecture and data modeling solutions, including relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models, implement RDBMS, ODS, data marts, and data lakes on target platforms (SQL/NoSQL).
• Oversee the expansion of existing data architecture and optimize data query performance via best practices.
• 
  Create and maintain data storage solutions including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, and AWS S3.
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and AWS services.
• Create data models for analytics purposes and implement business and IT data requirements through new data strategies and designs across all data platforms.
• Utilize ETL operations using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and comparable AWS technologies.
• Assemble large, complex data sets using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and AWS services.
• Implement data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and dependability.
• Ensure data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable data platform architectures.
• Refactor legacy codebase to clean, modernize, and improve readability and maintainability.
• Write unit tests/TDD to ensure functionality and catch bugs early.
• Debug complex code to isolate issues and resolve performance, concurrency, or logic flaws.
• Support sales efforts for new and existing clients in the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations, and participation in client meetings and discussions.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies.
• Broad understanding in one or more of latest digital technologies (Data Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Digital transformation, Business Intelligence, Big Data technologies, IoT etc.)
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer/data science or related experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required within and outside India

Get Hired
• Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B Schools in India or foreign equivalent required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and/or analytic data platforms (RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL) and ETL/data ingestion protocols.
• Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts.
• Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin, ER Studio, etc.).
• Strong hands-on programming experience with PySpark, Python, Boto3, and Python frameworks/libraries.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with code optimization using Spark SQL and PySpark.
• Understanding of code versioning, Git repository, JFrog Artifactory, and AWS architecture (S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, CloudFormation).
• Advanced knowledge of Data Visualization Tools like Power BI ,Tableau.
• Experience in team management, communication, and presentation.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset with a focus on value delivery and swift execution.
