Job Description

You will be joining Noida International Airport Services (NIAS), an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the aviation industry. As a leading aviation services provider, NIAS collaborates with prestigious airline and ground handling agencies, VIP lounges, retail outlets, food courts, and cargo services at Noida International Airport (Jewar).

Your role as ground staff will involve checking passengers in for their flights, verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and directing passengers to security checkpoints. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling passenger baggage from check-in to baggage claim, including weighing bags, attaching baggage tags, and loading bags onto the aircraft.
Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this role, which includes assisting passengers with special needs, handling passenger complaints, and ensuring prompt issue resolution. Gate management is another crucial responsibility, involving coordination with flight crews, monitoring passenger flow, ensuring on-time departures, handling gate changes, and communicating flight status updates to passengers.

Even freshers are encouraged to apply for this position. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Receptionist role, preferably within the Aviation, Transport & Logistics industry. A working knowledge of promotions and marketing, strong team player abilities, effective stakeholder management skills, mentoring and coaching capabilities, goal-driven mindset, and adaptability to fast-paced environments are desired qualities.
