Job Description
- As a Sub-Process Owner, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring performance targets, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with Nokia's global process guidelines. Your role will involve supporting process issues and acting as a senior specialist and process developer using workflows and modern technologies within the team. The main process area you will focus on is S2P Invoice Processing & Issue Resolution.
You will contribute by setting and tracking process performance metrics, implementing end-to-end processes, providing cross-functional inputs, driving continuous improvement, optimization, and automation. Additionally, you will monitor short-term and long-term process development plans, ensure processes are documented and aligned with global standards, approve process documentation and training plans, align process management with data management, and support process-related IT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Key skills and experience required for this role include the ability to contribute to new products, processes, and standards with measurable input, operating autonomously to analyze, develop, and implement solutions, managing policies, plans, and programs, carrying out specialized projects, influencing decisions, and adapting to changing environments. Effective communication with internal and external parties, influencing acceptance of new concepts, and negotiating operational issues is essential. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate/postgraduate degree, being a recognized expert in the field.
Specific expertise in S/4 Hana External Supplier Invoice Processing and S/4 Hana Accrual Engine is required. Proficiency in SAP Fiori Apps, invoice verification, workflow management, integration capabilities, authorization management, accrual processing, integration with General Ledger, period-end activities, mass uploads, review and approval workflows, as well as modern technologies like LLM, Gen AI, AI integration, machine learning, and natural language processing for invoice processing are essential for this role.
