Venture Starter / Intrapreneur - Hyderabad Based Only

We are looking for someone that can help transform abstract ideas into viable, scalable businesses.

This role isnt directly under Nolwa but would be separate entity we are aiming spin off.

We evaluating a couple of business ideas in the consumer space.

We are looking for someone that can evaluate business ideas, performing viability studies, provide a recommendation basis thorough research and eventually assist / lead the execution of the idea.

This is a Hyderabad based full time office role.

Key Responsibilities

• Venture Development: Refine and validate business ideas through market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing.
• Strategy Building: Translate abstract or loosely-defined ideas into structured go-to-market strategies and execution roadmaps.
• Business Modelling:
  
  Develop robust business models, pricing strategies, cost structures, and unit economics.
• Prototyping & GTM: Oversee prototyping, customer testing, supply chain mapping, and marketing plan development.
• Collaborating across departments: Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and branding partners to build MVPs.
• Documentation & Detailing: Build detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation for each stage of the venture.

What are we looking for

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, new venture building, or D2C product businesses.
• Strong bias for action - comfortable working in ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience taking a product or business idea from zero to one.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle both strategic thinking and operational precision.

  Get Hired
• Familiarity with D2C, consumer goods, furniture, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
