Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be part of a team providing crucial IT support to our financial operations, ensuring the smooth running of our systems.
What you will do: You will resolve IT issues, maintain network infrastructure, and provide technical assistance to our users.
Key responsibility:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance and ensure stability.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Document and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of IT support procedures.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support within a financial institution preferred.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
