Role description:
- Working within the Equities Middle Office, this trade support role supports the synthetic prime brokerage and Delta1 businesses.
- Daily servicing of PB clients. Tasks will include daily trade allocations, answering ad hoc client queries, agreeing swap cash flows, setting up new clients and/or new accounts, working closely with client service/D1 traders.
- Dealing with queries and ad-hoc requests from Trading/Client service, risk, compliance, finance, technology and operations.
- Work with change management on various regulatory projects
- Coordinate with technology/change management teams in recommending changes and implementing enhancements to our trading platforms and internal reconciliations / controls.
- Daily trade capture and verification of all trades
- Control of trade workflow including ownership of inter-system reconciliations

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Mathematics, Finance or any related field)
- High level of proficiency with Excel
- Understanding and interest in the finance industry
- Great communication skills – you will be interacting with different levels within the business and support all assets of the business.
