Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across various departments within the organization.

Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
