Talent Acquisition Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across various departments within the organization.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
