What youll do:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager, Ad sales to support the rapid onboarding of brands to Product Listing Ads (PLA) on Noon Minutes in the UAE & KSA market.
This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless activation experience for partners, driving adoption and scale of PLA.
- Engage with new brands to guide them through the PLA onboarding process
- Assist brands in setting up auto and manual PLA campaigns and explain ad formats and best practices
- Drive adoption of newly launched ad features
- Coordinate with internal Ads and Commercial teams to resolve brand queries and ensure smooth go-live
- Deep dive into campaign performance and flag low activity, underutilization of daily budget or drop-offs
- Deliver training or take up Q&A sessions for brands to drive self-serve usage
- Build strong relationships with all clients & do monthly review meetings with clients where you share insights/recommendations & therefore drive revenue growth
What youll need:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Very High on ownership & strong bias for action

- 1-2 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, running PPC ads, analysing keywords
- Prior experience in running e-commerce or quick commerce ads [mandatory]
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple brand conversations
- Comfortable using tools like Excel/Sheets and dashboards for tracking
- Should have a numbers driven mindset
