The Noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

About Noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the Noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operational flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. What You'll Do

Team Noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people around. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Execute end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with various teams to support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and maintaining a recruitment database.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee files.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration by collecting necessary documentation and coordinating with the finance team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Maintain relationships with external HR vendors and recruitment agencies.
• Support training and development activities by coordinating logistics and maintaining training records.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR activities, performance, and compliance metrics for internal stakeholders.

  Get Hired
  Ability to multitask and handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.
