Job Description
- As a Client Manager at noon Food, you will be an integral part of a small, dynamic team dedicated to introducing the Noon Food service to the world. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized restaurant partners, ensuring outstanding relationships, and driving growth initiatives to make Noon Food the #1 food delivery player in the region.
Team noon is composed of some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working individuals, and as part of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving major missions forward. Your responsibilities will include maintaining catalog accuracy, overseeing in-store operations, and implementing growth strategies for your portfolio. You will also be involved in communicating with partners for platform-driven campaigns, sharing monthly reports, and ensuring the success of your portfolio.
To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of client management experience, preferably within a high-growth company. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work independently towards monthly targets and deadlines. Good analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software, and fluency in English are also required. Additionally, individuals with high standards, a deep bias for action, and the courage to be original will thrive in this challenging and entrepreneurial environment.
