- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into our platform.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML to continually innovate and improve our solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure their effectiveness and accuracy.
- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with AutoGen, LangChain, and CrewAI.
- Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI/ML innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
