Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dausa, Rajasthan. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales and growth objectives. Responsibilities include managing branch staff, analyzing financial reports, implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Branch Manager will act as a point of contact for both clients and team members, ensuring smooth communication and leadership within the branch.
