Projects Sales

This position will be reporting to Cluster Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals BU of the respective region and will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area: • Will be responsible and accountable for leading sales team of Concrete Admixture, VAP, Ancillary Products & other construction chemicals portfolio in the allotted cluster. • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys • Maintain pricing parameters and margin control • Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance. • Monthly planning & reporting • Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence. • Lead an area as to ensure delivery of product meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index. • Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system.

He should have experience in Sales & Marketing of Construction Chemical products /RMCs/ Cement Project Sales/ Other relevant Building material Products.
