Job Description
- Lead strategic initiatives that modernize Studio Operations and align with enterprise goals.
- Identify, design, and develop automation and AI driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
- Activate and implement new processes, tools, and service models; manage change efforts to ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain a strategic roadmap for operational solutions and evolving Studio Operations needs.
- Centralize and internalize key capabilities to strengthen consistency, scalability, and throughput.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows enabled by automation and AI.
- Conduct process audits, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimization across creative production streams.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure integration and alignment of solutions across teams. Stay up to date on industry trends in automation, AI, and digital operations to fuel innovation.

- 10+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Studio Operations, Marketing Production, or similar domains.
- Proven experience leading operational transformation programs, workflow redesign, and automation integrations. Deep knowledge of creative production processes (digital, video, refresh, labeling, localization, etc).
- Strong expertise with workflow technologies, DAM systems, automation tools, and AI powe'red creative production solutions. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience, with ability to influence senior leaders. Experience in global CPG, pharma, or highly regulated environments.
- Background in Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading hybrid team models, including offshore/nearshore operations.
