Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications professional to drive integrated campaigns, product launches, brand messaging, PR, CX initiatives, and internal communications for Numeric, part of the Legrand Group.
This role will act as the central coordination point across Product, Sales, Leadership, and Group teams while ensuring strong brand consistency and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Communications & Brand Messaging
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities
- Manage annual campaign and launch calendars
- Drive consistent brand messaging across channels
- Execute corporate brand initiatives (internal & external)
- Review performance quarterly and optimize plans
2. Product Launch & Go-to-Market
- Support end-to-end communication for product/service launches
- Work with Product teams on positioning and target segments
- Execute GTM communication plans and launch milestones
- Deliver launch assets: brochures, videos, sales decks, digital creatives, landing pages
- Ensure readiness even if commercial timelines shift
3. Events & Engagement
- Co-manage partner meets, customer events, and internal forums
- Coordinate agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Drive post-event communication and sales enablement
4. Public Relations
- Manage PR agency and execution plans
- Drive leadership interviews, press meets, and launch coverage
- Track PR performance and share insights with leadership
5. Customer Experience (CX) Initiatives
- Act as CX champion for Group CX programs
- Coordinate surveys, feedback loops, and documentation
- Lead CX Awards submissions and participation
6. Internal Communications

- Manage internal communication calendar
- Support leadership messaging, townhalls, and updates
- Partner with HR on engagement and culture initiatives
7. Stakeholder, Agency & Budget Management
- Coordinate creative, PR, and event agencies
- Support annual budget planning and tracking
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Service, Leadership & Group teams
- Serve as central marketing communications coordinator
8. Business Support
- Leadership presentations and strategic decks
- Sales/service enablement communication
- Corporate and Group-level communication projects
Ideal Candidate Profile
4 to 6 years in Marketing Communications / Brand / PR / Product Marketing
Experience in B2B, electrical, manufacturing, or technology industry preferred
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to manage agencies, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders
Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
