Job Description
- The Test Data Management (TDM) Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise test data management capabilities in Chennai. They will be involved in supporting solutions for test data such as provisioning, subsetting, masking, synthetic data generation, and refreshing. The TDM Analyst will develop test data design recommendations and solutions, execute against test data management plans and test data governance, and collaborate with various teams to deliver test and non-production data for applications across the enterprise. This role may also involve supporting service virtualization and data virtualization capabilities in non-production environments.
Key responsibilities include implementing and supporting technical capabilities, developing test data management plans and strategies, ensuring data security and compliance controls, partnering with project development and quality assurance teams, collaborating to provision test data in defined environments, participating in TDM architecture and planning sessions, and developing and maintaining test data management technologies and solutions for data virtualization and service virtualization.

The ideal candidate should possess strong database experience in Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server, hands-on experience with ETL or a test data tool, understanding of testing methods and approaches, familiarity with test data management concepts, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of database tools and utilities, ability to work independently or in a team, strong technical documentation and writing skills, excellent communication skills, high integrity, accountability, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals at all management levels.,
