Job Description

As the Brand Communication Head at Novella Luxury Wedding Photography & Planning, you will play a crucial role in being the face of Novella in the luxury wedding ecosystem. You will lead strategic collaborations, revenue generation, storytelling, and brand positioning to set new benchmarks in luxury photography, cinematography, and wedding experiences for high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and tastemakers.

Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing high-value collaborations with wedding venues, planners, designers, and influencers, creating partnership opportunities that strengthen Novella's luxury positioning and revenue pipeline, and managing relationships within the luxury wedding ecosystem. You will also be responsible for generating new leads and onboarding clients through high-touch storytelling, designing strategies to convert partnerships into high-value bookings, and driving revenue growth through various channels while ensuring alignment with Novella's luxury ethos.
In addition, you will develop and implement communication strategies to elevate Novella's presence in the global luxury market, act as the brand ambassador representing Novella at forums, industry events, and luxury gatherings, and ensure that all external communications reflect Novella's aspirational positioning. You will manage client onboarding experiences, build trust with high-net-worth clients through authentic storytelling, and transform client journeys into emotional, memorable experiences that reinforce Novella's brand promise.

Collaborating closely with leadership, you will align brand goals with business milestones, mentor and work with marketing, sales, and creative teams to execute brand campaigns, and identify emerging opportunities for Novella's brand expansion. The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-5 years of experience in brand communication, PR, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of generating revenue through collaborations and client onboarding. You should possess exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, a strong network within the luxury industry, and the confidence to engage with high-net-worth individuals and industry leaders.
