- Account management experience / Direct Sales in Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Symantec, Adobe, McAfee, Ubuntu, Hitachi, Oracle etc. products and solutions.
- Experience in solution & consultative sales of IT & Network Services like Hosted Application, Mail Messaging, Managed IT and network services Contact center / IT Infrastructure management tools / Telecom data services.
- Experience in handling Govt/PSU accounts / Account management and technical sales.
- Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills, (experience of presenting to large audiences e.g. seminars an advantage); communicates clearly in writing; strong relationship building skills.
- Must be target oriented, self-starter and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
- Creative thinking outside of the box
- the candidate must have strong relationships with vendors, partners, and OEMs.
- Acquiring new Govt/PSU accounts & generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets.
- Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to Govt/PSU customers.
- Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
- Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping.
- Excellent understanding of various software products and their licensing policies.
- Understanding of assigned accounts organizational structure and decision-making hierarchy.
- Ability to make executive pitches and presentations.
- Strategic account planning skills with execution capabilities.
- Understanding of Indenting, Ordering and Payment procedure of the account.
- Understanding of strengths, capability, experience and technology / solution area of focus.
- Ability to understand / interpret clients key requirements.
- Generating Business from the assigned account / area for the products assigned
- To achieve his/her annual quota of Revenue & GP for the Region that theyre responsible.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Work with Account Management Team to build the business in their set of Accounts.
- Work with Google Team to do the deal registration and get the Preferential pricing.
- Responsible to create RFPs with customers and selling our products, solutions & Services.
- Have monthly Reviews with Google AM & PDM team on Business Development & New initiatives.
- Promote Google products & Solutions internally to the sales team to achieve the set revenue & GP targets.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & Gross Profits.
- Get involved in customer POCs and make sure we meet the success criteria.
- Planning and executing new marketing initiatives to build the Business.
- Upsell & Cross-sell in our existing Accounts.
- Identify new accounts to promote Google products & Solutions.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills .
