Job Description
- As a US IT Technical Recruiter at Novia Infotech, located in Noida, Sector 64, you will be an integral part of our recruitment services team, dedicated to sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates in various IT positions across the United States. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and identifying potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. You will conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including resume reviews and initial interviews, as well as coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates. Maintaining an organized database of candidates and effectively managing the recruitment pipeline will be essential. Furthermore, you will build and nurture relationships with candidates to comprehend their career aspirations and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. While prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred, freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous, and a willingness to work night shifts aligned with US EST hours is required.
