HR Specialist - Employee Engagement

What role you will play in team: You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement across the company. You'll work closely with various departments to measure and enhance employee satisfaction.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in employee engagement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
