Finance Controller - Tanzania
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow, and internal controls while supporting business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure tax, statutory, and IFRS compliance
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Handle audits and strengthen internal controls
- Support business with cost and profitability analysis

Requirements:
- CA
- Strong IFRS, reporting, and ERP knowledge
- Africa / Manufacturing / Agro / Trading experience preferred
