As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with the sophistication of our newly refurbished venues. You will support the F&B team with passion and professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards and quality.
• Assisting in team supervision, training, and mentoring to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Supporting the F&B Manager in achieving financial targets, minimising waste, and optimising resources.
• Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to create memorable dining experiences.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B operations.
• Monitoring and responding to guest feedback to continuously improve service and experience.

Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
