Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate - Sales

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales for our technology solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.).
  • Target based approach for lead qualification & Conversion.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of Novuss offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tool e.g: ZOHO and MS Office Suite, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
