What You'll Do:
- Own the product roadmap for Lifestyle Protection offerings (e.g., income protection, health/wellness cover, credit-linked insurance, payroll-linked protection plans) across partner ecosystems.
- Design B2B2C go-to-market models - defining how protection products get embedded into partner journeys (loan disbursal, payroll cycles, payment checkout, wealth investment flows) with minimal friction.

- Partner deeply with lending institutions, payment companies, HRMS/payroll providers, and wealth-tech platforms to co-create embedded protection propositions, define commercial constructs, and manage joint roadmaps.
- Translate partner and customer needs into product requirements, working closely with engineering, actuarial/underwriting, compliance, and design teams.
- Define and own core APIs and data contracts needed for real-time eligibility, underwriting, claims triggers, and policy issuance across partner integrations.
- Drive scalability and platformization - build reusable product components (rules engines, eligibility APIs, pricing engines) that can plug into multiple partner types rather than one-off integrations.
- Own the data strategy for the product - working with data engineering to define event schemas, data pipelines, and infrastructure needed for underwriting, risk scoring, personalization, and partner reporting.
- Track and optimize the funnel across partner touchpoints: activation, attach rate, conversion, claims experience, and renewal/retention.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment with insurance, lending, and data protection regulations across the markets Novustrana operates in.
- Define success metrics and instrumentation - set up dashboards and reporting for partner performance, product health, and unit economics.
- Run structured experimentation (A/B tests, phased rollouts) to optimize attach rates and partner-specific configurations.
