Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn .
  
• Write compelling captions, LinkedIn posts, and other social copy aligned with our brand voice.
  
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
  
• Brainstorm and develop content ideas based on market trends and
  
  real-time social media shifts.
  
• Collaborate with real estate agents and the creative team to gather, create, and deliver content.
  
• Monitor performance metrics, assist with reporting and analytics, and make data-driven improvements
  

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
  
• 12 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in tools like Canva , CapCut , or similar content creation software.
  
• Solid understanding of social media best practices across multiple platforms.
