NPPD CARE is a healthcare and wellness startup building a 360-degree ecosystem of services and products for individuals, corporates, and institutions.

We focus on wellness programs, e-commerce solutions, and digital innovation in healthcare.

Role Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: JD drafting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination

Maintain applicant tracking sheets and organize candidate databases

Support onboarding processes and draft basic HR communications (internship letters, welcome notes, etc.)

Coordinate team feedback cycles, engagement check-ins, and internal updates

Research and document HR policies, templates, and best practices suited for startups

Collaborate with founders to support HR planning and operational tasks
