Job Title: Product Domain Expert (Healthcare) Head
Location: Remote with flexible working hours
Job Type: Part-time
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Product Domain Expert in Healthcare to lead our product strategy and development efforts. As the Head of Product in a startup, youll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the vision for our healthcare products. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and business leaders to build innovative, regulatory-compliant healthcare solutions that directly address market needs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be empowered to make bold decisions, innovate rapidly, and drive our product offerings from concept to market success.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy for healthcare products, ensuring alignment with market needs and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive the development of new healthcare products and oversee improvements to existing ones, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that products meet customer expectations and industry regulations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies and innovations into the product development lifecycle.
• 
  Work closely with regulatory bodies and legal teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, FDA, and other standards.
• Mentor and guide product managers and other team members to ensure successful product development and launch.
  

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare product management, particularly in digital health or health-tech. (Experience in Start-Ups is a plus)
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful healthcare products.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product development.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Product Design, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
