What You Will Do

• Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities.
  
• Support internal teams and program partners in achieving program milestones.
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders to build and sustain strong relationships.
  
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys to track program outcomes.
  
  
• Analyse and report data collected from entrepreneurs.
  
• Organise and manage program activities, including events, expert sessions, and outreach initiatives, to deliver an exceptional founder experience.
  
• Work closely with entrepreneurs and internal teams to understand their needs and facilitate solutions.
  
• Ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines in all external communications.
  
• Pursue strategic and innovative solutions to achieve program objectives.
  
• Contribute to initiatives that support ventures in AI, Deeptech, SaaS, Fintech, and other emerging technology sectors.
  

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in the startup ecosystem.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to contribute to program design and execute with discipline.
