Accountants- Accounts And Compliance

We are seeking junior and senior accountants for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and preparing financial statements, and assisting with financial analysis.
The following activities would be a part of the job profile
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain and update accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Preparing and maintaining cash flow statements and preparing financials statements.
Financial Review:
Reviewing and finalizing fixed assets register.
Scrutinizing all the ledgers, including TDS reconciliation.
Preparation of MIS.
Monitoring customer aging reports, ensuring timely collection.

Financial Reporting:
Performing month-end and year-end closing activities.
Finalization of Accounts, Balance sheets, Profit and Loss statement.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits.
Preparing data for GST, TDS, etc., its reconciliation, timely payment, and filing necessary returns.
Vendor and Client Relations:
Manage vendor invoices and payments, and assist in customer billing and collections.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensuring timely and correct responses to auditors and taking necessary actions to improve the system.
Requirements

• 1-10 years of experience in accounting/audit
• Should have basic emailing skills
• Excellent knowledge of Tally and Excel.
• Must have good grasp of journal entries and accounting concepts
• Statutory Compliance such as GST, PF, TDS, TCS, PT .etc.
