Finance Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for financial modeling, investment research, and various financial analyses. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial concepts. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze investment opportunities, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and merger and acquisition (M&A) models.
• Conduct thorough investment research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities across various asset classes.
• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry data to identify key investment insights.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, including risk assessment and scenario analysis.
• 
  Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in finance.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CFA/CA/FRM designation preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of investment principles, financial markets, and asset valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software/tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
