Job Description
As an Accounts Specialist Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify and address discrepancies or errors.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards and implement necessary updates.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management roles.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems like Tally, ACE, MS Excel.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations such as GST, PF, TDS, TCS, PT, etc.
- Basic emailing skills.
