Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual for the role of Back Office Operations, exclusively for , at Wings Global Services. This position is located in Hadapsar, Pune, and is designed for candidates with junior-level experience, requiring between 1 to 3 years of relevant work exposure. As a full-time role, the selected candidate will engage in various administrative tasks that facilitate our operational methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess excellent data entry abilities with attention to detail to ensure precise and efficient administrative support (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in drafting, organizing, and maintaining documentation crucial for back office processes and reporting (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in email management to effectively coordinate internal communications and handle client correspondence (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in using MS Excel for maintaining records, performing data analysis, and generating reports integral to operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance to uphold industry standards and ensure adherence to legal and corporate policies.
  • Adept in preparing and presenting reporting data necessary for providing insight into operational metrics and performance evaluation.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with CRM software to assist in managing customer relationships and enhancing service quality.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage projects efficiently, and contribute to the smooth functioning of back office operations.

  • Execute data entry tasks with high accuracy to support the daily functions of the companys back office operations.
  • Prepare, review, and manage documentation and reports essential for internal records and external communications.
  • Manage email correspondences, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication flow with clients and team members.
  • Utilize MS Excel for data maintenance, analysis, and compilation of statistical and analytical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant guidelines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to provide administrative support and facilitate operational processes.
  • Assist with compiling and organizing reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support CRM efforts by ensuring accurate data entry and assisting in customer relationship management initiatives.
