We are currently seeking a Atlassian Architect to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

1. Gathers and prioritizes business requirements from stakeholders.

2. Jira Admin capabilities with Atlassian Tools Knowledge is required

3. Designs and standardizes workflows, issue types, and reporting structures.

4. Aligns Jira capabilities with Agile, ITSM, and business processes.

5. Establishes governance, permissions, and best practices.

6. 
   Defines KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.

7. Drives user adoption, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

8. Develops and customizes Jira solutions (plugins, scripts, automation).

9. Builds integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and external tools.

10. Implements advanced workflows, validators, and post-functions.

11. Works with Java, Groovy (ScriptRunner), or JavaScript (Forge/Connect).

12. Maintains Jira environments (Cloud or Data Center).

13. Troubleshoots technical issues and optimizes performance.

14. Supports CI/CD, DevOps, and system integration requirements.
