Job Description
- As an Associate Director - HRBP at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy, leadership engagement, and HR initiatives that drive business growth and position the company as an Employer of Choice. With over 15 years of HR experience, you will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, design and implement employee engagement programs, lead succession planning and talent development initiatives, and ensure organizational effectiveness through change management strategies.
Your responsibilities will include utilizing data analytics to drive informed decision-making, conducting trend analysis to identify patterns and insights influencing HR strategies, and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations. Your expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development will be essential in leading HR initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will be expected to have excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to drive HR transformation and scale people initiatives in a growing organization. Preferred qualifications include experience in technology, consulting, startup, or product-based environments, as well as an MBA/PG in HR or related field.
