• Experience: 2 to 8 years in IT Hiring (preferably in SAP Hiring)
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate from a reputed college
• Work Location: Hyderabad
• Mode of Work: Work from Office
• Added Advantage: Experience in SAP recruitment

???? Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
• Exposure to SAP hiring or IT/Consulting domain recruitment is preferred

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives, especially in SAP and niche tech roles
