: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer (5-8 Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with 5-8 years of proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of X++, data entities, extensions, integrations, and system performance optimization. This role involves working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and extend functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, C#, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications (using OData, Data Entities, APIs, Power Platform).
• Create and optimize SSRS reports, data entities, and batch jobs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning, security, and code optimization.
• Support code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and production support.

• Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O development.
• Strong expertise in X++ programming, extensions framework, and customizations.
• Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, including AOT, tables, forms, classes, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and Data Entities.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS reporting, and database concepts.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for version control, builds, and deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate (or equivalent).
• Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Hands-on experience in LCS (Lifecycle Services) and environment management.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
