In this role, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations for U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. insurance companies to collect outstanding
  
  Accounts Receivables.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or written communication to ensure satisfaction and meet service standards.
• Analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduates
• Work Schedule: Ability to work night shifts
• Computer Skills:
• 1+ year experience using Windows PC applications (typing, navigating screens, using tools).
• Customer Interaction:
• 06 months experience in a service-oriented role involving English communication (phone or written).
