Job Description
- As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you play a vital role in ensuring the operational continuity of our clients" IT infrastructure and systems. Your primary responsibility is to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, promptly addressing technical incidents and problems to maintain service reliability. By delivering first-line support for standard and low-complexity issues, you strive to uphold service level agreements without any misses.
Your role encompasses working across multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, or Collaboration, allowing you to broaden your expertise. You actively contribute to updating and creating knowledge articles, seeking opportunities for process optimization, and supporting project initiatives as required. Furthermore, you actively participate in disaster recovery functions and tests to ensure the safety and integrity of client data.

Your proficiency in using ITSM tools and ability to plan and adapt to changing circumstances are essential for success in this role.
