Job Description
- As a Digital Solution Consultant Lead at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. Your expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Partner Portal, Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce, will be utilized to lead development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Salesforce development projects, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and integration.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and customization of Partner Portal to enhance partner collaboration and engagement.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data and actionable insights.
- Apply Einstein AI capabilities for predictive analytics, personalization, and automation across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Integrate and optimize Agentforce to empower service agents with AI-driven productivity tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, architecture, QA, DevOps) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, assessing opportunities for adoption.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience implementing Partner Portal, Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect preferred.
